Very modern building reasonably close to Shinkansen station on well serviced bus route (3 stops). Early morning free shuttle took us to station in plenty of time. Location is a few blocks from vibrant Canal City shopping centre/ entertainment and restaurant area, and well patronised street food at Riverside stalls in the evening Also direct bus route to old castle and Ohana park, with a modern city art gallery there, lake walks, jogging, cycling, gardens and a lovely modern tea house on the lakefront. Our room was large with fantastic bathroom. Only problem is usual Japanese issue of no wardrobes/suitcase space. When you are travelling and living from your case for a month you don't want to be constantly packing and unpacking. Great laundry but no ironing facility.

The value for money with this hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was quick and without issue. The staff on reception were really helpful and polite. The hotel is very up to date and nicely decorated, we especially liked the garden. The room we got was spacious and clean, and had all the conveniences we needed for a short stay. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Hakata Station which was really helpful for us as we had a 9am flight to South Korea from Fukuoka airport and were able to take the metro to the airport after using the hotel shuttle bus. Overall, very impressed with the hotel and would recommend!

Clara

The room is your standard hotel room with all amenities provided. We're lucky we were located at level 4, right next to laundry room and where the microwave is at. The hotel also provides bath salts/oil (?) if you wish to take a dip in the bathtub! Location-wise, it's great! 3 bus stops from the nearest Don Quijote (I walked around ~20 mins). There's a 7E right next to the lobby so that was great. Check-in is with a machine but staff are friendly to help you! There's no direct to airport transit but they will send you to the Hakata Station and you can take the bus from there.

This is a very lovely hotel which lived in a location in centre but not crowded place. Staff are very kind and helpful, seems they from different countries can meet the needs of different language conversations, and of course, the English proficiency of local employees is also good, very easy for communication. Rooms are very clean and Japanese style, means it's not as big as imagined, but Japanese hotels have such the same problems... worthy to recommend. Free drinks offer from 14:00-20:00 (not sure the detailed times but free drinks is true.)

This is our 2nd visit, so I was familiar with the hotel. We liked how simple the check-in process is. The hotel is in walking distance of Hakata station and Canal City, both about a 10 minute walk. The room was clean, had water bottles for guests, and pajama sets on beds as well. There is a very convenient 7-11 downstairs right outside the main lobby area. Garage parking option available is behind the hotel, but also there is a parking lot next to the hotel, if space is available.
